  • Click on the Burger menu.
  • Navigate to Need Help? and click Contact support. You will be redirected to se.com page.
  • Click My Support Request.
  • Now you will be redirected to myschneider/cases site to log your ticket.
  • You must have an account or register yourself to log a ticket.
