White screen comes when user does the refine control project

This Knowledge base explains the white screen issue and its resolution, that comes in the EPE for ASP while performing the refine control project.
The white screen looks like below, the user will not be able to see any information regarding configuration, variables, and sections.
It would be the same for Advantys, Controller configuration as well.

Note: This document can be referred for EcoStruxure Process Expert for ASP [2020R2] and older versions. For the newer, the redistributable files version would be different. Please check the release note ensure the respective files have been installed in the machine.

As per the EPE for ASP design the visual c++ redistributable files are mandatory to be installed in the machine to work the software efficiently. Usually the same would get installed in the machine when the user is installing the EPE for the ASP package, but, in some machines, it's been observed that the visual c++ redistributable installation gets failed and it finishes the EPE installation. Eventually while working on the usual life cycle of EPE user experiences above explained the issue.

Users can overcome this issue by installing the Microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable 11.0.610303(vcredist_x64.exe, can be downloaded from the Microsoft website) manually to the machine where EPE for as has been installed
