Cause:
NetBotz have a limited memory capacity and can not store alarms or data for an extended period of time.
Resolution:
NetBotz can store data and alarms for up to 96 hours. After that, the older data is purged. If you are using multiple cameras and capturing images on a constant basis, the NetBotz may have to purge it's information sooner. In such a configuration, it is recommended that you use StruxureWare Data Center Expert and it's surveillance option for image storage for a longer term. You can also simply send alarms to an e-mail and store them that way.
