PME2021 Installation Error with Driver Package TH110 / CL110
Issue:
During PME2021 Installation, the step "InstallUDFDrivers" is failing.
Root cause:
This is a known issue with non-English Operating Systems.
The following error can be seen on the Installation Log:
Resolution:
If this is the only step that who failed, you can click on "close" button of the PME Installer.
Download and install the PME2021 Cumulative Update 1 (or more recent Cumulative Update).
The issue has been corrected in the PME 2021 CU1.
