Install of the License Manager returns error 'Sectigo certificate expired'.

This certificate is needed to validate the digital signature of the file Aspose.BarCode.dll. The DLL was signed on 21th April 2016 which is within the time frame the certificate was valid (1999 – 2019), therefore it is not an issue that the certificate is outdated.
