Can 50A breaker be used to protect the HEPD80?

It is not recommended to use a 50A circuit breaker to connect the HEPD80 to the panel electrical bussing due to the HEPD80 uses wire size #12 and the circuit breaker should be sized accordingly. The HEPD80 is UL1449 TYPE 1 and does not even require to be connected to any over current protection device but we do recommend to connect the HEPD80 to a dedicated 20A 2P CB if possible.
