How do you interpret the date code of a LV transformer?

Resolution:
The first two digits of the date code indicates the YEAR the transformer was manufactured.
The next two digits indicates the work WEEK of that year it was manufactured.
For example if the transformer has the date code "1042".
This means that it was manufactured on the 42nd working week of 2010.
