How to manage an RDC-DD 6mA fault with EVlink Pro AC ?

Case 1: If the fault occurs during the EV charge, you need to unplug the connection to the EV
and the fault will be automatically erased . In this case the fault is derived from the EV.
Case 2 : If no EV are connected to the charging station, you need to power OFF and Power ON the charging station.
Verify that the fault has cleared, if not contact our CCC team and leave the charging Station in the OFF position.
