How is ramp switching set up on the ATV900 series Process drive?

ATV900 ramp switching set up.

Dual ramp rates

Resolution:

Under the Main menu, select Complete settings menu.

Select the Generic functions menu and then Ramp switching

There are 2 ways of doing ramp switching from the typical ACC/DEC settings:

Using frequency threshold

Ramp 2 thd (FRT) assigns an output frequency above which the AC2/DE2 apply. Note that ACC/DEC apply when below the frequency threshold.

Using a logic input to switch ramp

Ramp Switch Assign (RPS) assigns a logic input to activate the second ramp, AC2/DE2.
