Unable to communicate to PLC when linking an XVM / STU file into EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert.

Resolution:

In order to properly communicate to a PLC programmed with Control Expert when linking an XVM or STU file, in EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, you must remember to turn on the Data Dictionary feature in Control Expert.
