Synchronization failed error messages while finalizing the commissioning in EPC-m

In EcoStruxure Power commissioning mobile application after adding the devices , when you try to Finalize the commissioning if you get any error message saying Synchronization failed like Pic 1 and Pic 2, then it is mandatory for you to upgrade your EcoStruxure Power commissioning mobile application to latest versions which are 1.5.0 for Android devices and 1.4.0 for iOS devices

One of our backend component CC(cloud commissioning) has an advanced version and any old version of EPC-mobile before to 1.5.0 for Android devices and 1.4.0 for iOS are not compatible.
It is mandatory that you upgrade your EPC mobile application to given versions to avoid above issue related to commissioning.
