Why the error message "VCRUNTIME140.dll not found" occurred during SiteManager installation on Windows OS?
In some cases, when the user try to install the SiteManager, the following error message can occur

To fix the issue, please:
Install the Visual C ++ Redistributable Package (x86) for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015.
Please refer to the website of Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 and follow the guidance to get and install vc_redist.x86.exe.
After installation, reboot and install Secure Connect Site-Manager on IPC.
