Is a 2-pole Homeline breaker with an unmarked handle legitimate?

Product Line: Homeline Circuit Breakers

Resolution:
We are temporarily using an unmarked handle on the right pole instead of a marked handle on Homeline 2 pole, 15 to 70 A commercial breakers. This is not an error, and suitability of this alternate marking is allowed and verified by all proper certification bodies. Specific marking requirements for certification can be shared if required. Contact the help line at 888-778-2733, option 2, 1, 1 if needed.
