Try these steps:
1. Copy the historic granule into C:\Temp. Do not use Cut and Paste.
2. Launch Windows Command Prompt as a user with the administrator privileges.
3. Type the following command: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA
- if the above command does not work, try: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Geo SCADA
4. Now run the following command. The name of the historic granule in this example is WK021954.HRD. You need to run this command for each historic granule if you have multiple corruption errors:
- SCXCMD HISINFO "C:\Temp\WK021954.HRD"
5. You should get something in return. See if there are any duplicate entries:
6. If there any Duplicate or Deleted records, please run the HISSTRIP command:
- SCXCMD HISSTRIP "C:\Temp\WK021954.HRD"
7. The deleted and duplicate records should now show zeros.
8. Shutdown Geo SCADA and copy the cleaned up historic granule back into the correct place in the historian. Start your Geo SCADA backup.
