P3 IEC61850 LN value update failure

Issue
After IEC61850 configuration in P3 relay, customer found that some LN was not updating the actual value.

Customer didn’t enable the “Event ON/OFF” which is related to the LN, so the change in value is not updated to LN.

Solution
1- If our customer want to use some LNs in P3 relay, especially for GGIO LNs, customer should enable separate “Event ON/OFF” function as shown below.
