How to solve the error message 'No installed products were found' appears after clicking on 'Modify installed Software'?

If EcoStruxure Machine Expert is already installed on the PC and this error message appears, the internal database of the installer has probably been corrupted.

To solve this issue, delete the existing database file: C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\WebInstaller\Configuration.db

Afterwards you need to reinstall all SE software products. The installer will recreate the database and will simply overwrite the existing installations.
