Scadapack Workbench will not launch

If SCADAPack Workbench will not Launch, a potential solution is
  • Open Event Viewer
  • Go to Event Viewer>Windows Logs>Application
  • Determine the Error, see example below

  • To Correct the issue, Open the Scadapack Workbench CD installation
  • Go to the "\Prerequisites\VS2013 IsoShell" folder from the installation media
  • Install the following application manually vs_isoshell and VS12-KB3107629
  • After installing the applications manually restart your machine.
