How do I resolve RemoteConnect System Status Code 3010 or 3011?

Solution:

  • For Status Code error 3011, it corresponds to: "The object for storing status information about a 6000 series I/O module could not be found." Similarly, Status Code 3010 corresponds to a 5000 series I/O module error.
  • The I/O Configuration page shows a Status Object for a module (PIO_SP474_Status in the image below), but the Object isn't appearing in the Object Configuration table.

To Re-Synchronize the Status Object:

  1. Go to Configuration > Physical I/O > Local and highlight the module with the affected missing Object.
  2. Select Clear Status Object

RC_Status1

  1. Make sure the box is checked, then press Yes to conform, then Apply

RC_Status2

  1. Replace the module's Status Object with the Add Status Object button and create an Object Association with a new object or an existing object.RC3
  2. Apply the changes to the database.
  3. Verify that all of the Status Objects appearing in your I/O Configuration are appearing in the object database. Repeat Steps 1-5 for any additional modules that are missing their status objects in the database.
