How to change the MAST task Cyclic to Periodic in RemoteConnect and SCADAPack x70 device?
In Cyclic mode, the MAST task uses all available time. Sufficient time should be allowed for bursts of other activity on the SCADAPack x70 device. For this reason, Cyclic mode is not recommended.

- Open RemoteConnect software
- Create new project for SCADAPack 474
- In Configuration-SPx70 Controller>SCADAPack x70 logic, open SCADAPack x70 logic editor
- Under Project>Programs>Tasks>MAST, right click on MAST and select properties
- MAST's properties window should appear
- Change the configuration from Cyclic to Periodic, then click the Apply button and then the OK button to save the changes.
- Make sure to apply update and build logic after writing the logic program
