Why Does an APM Drive Display a "Failed to Upload Registration Information" Error to the Schneider Data Hub (SDH)?
Resolution:
This error can occur because Schneider Data Hub (SDH) is no longer used for drive registration. Registration services have been migrated to ALM.
To resolve the issue:
- Update the drive to the latest firmware version.
- Use the latest DTM available from the Schneider Electric Partner website.
- Register the drive using the current ALM platform.
Note: Older firmware and DTM versions may still attempt to communicate with SDH, resulting in registration upload failures.
