EcoStruxure Control Expert - Error: CRA Drop tool is missing in the CPU DTM device list

Issue
When you update a project from Unity Pro 13 to Control Expert 15 you may receive these errors:

The CRA Entry <drop number = [1] name = CRA_NAME> of the <Ethernet Network Manager> tool is missing in the CPU DTM device list.
The CRA <drop number = [1]name = CRA_NAME> of the Configuration EIO bus is missing in the CPU DTM device list.
ERROR: The application has been corrupted. The configuration of the EIO CRAs is inconsistent comparing the different parts of the application. See previous message(s)

The contiguratjon ot the EIO CRAS is inconsistent comparing the ditterent parts of the application. See previous message(s).

Resolution
The workaround for this error is changing the CPU firmware version on Control Expert to update the DTM, then you should be able to compile without error.
