Cause:

Resolution:
Would suggest to check the incoming power at L1, L2 and L3.
Then check the DC bus at PA/+ to PC/-.
If these are both ok, then measure between 24v and 0v for 24v.
Then measure between +10v to com and if all the supplies are ok, except the +10v, then appears the Main Control Board is inoperative.
Note: The Main Control Board would need to be replaced by Schneider-Electric Field Services
