Can a 3-Phase NQ RTI interior be wired for Single Phase application?

Resolution:

NO, a 3-phase RTI NQ panel can not be wired to use on a single phase application. With the B-Phase in the 3-phase NQ panel interior, every third spot would be dead if wired as single phase.  The only RTI panel style that is designed to work on both single phase and 3-phase application is the I-Line panelboard.
