Can different version of mechanical interlock fit with all Giga contactors?
Yes, different version of mechanical interlock can fit with all the Giga contactors regardless the date code of contactors.
Several versions of the mechanical interlock are developed with product revolution for Giga contactor. The mounting process in the instruction sheet section 3(page 4) is valid for all version of mechanical interlock. NNZ4813501-03 (schneider-electric.com)
Below is the mainly difference between the version 1 and version 2 of Giga contactor mechanical interlock:
Version 1: The monitor window of the metallic lock part is small. Refer to the red highlighted on below pictures.
Version 2: The monitor window of the metallic lock part is enlarged. Customer can monitor the metallic part which will be turned 90deg with the tightening of screw. It will be easier to let customer know it is locked between the mechanical interlock and contactor.
