Resolution:
Replacing the NC62VS cover with an NC62VS3P and adding an NQ200AN neutral lug would allow you to add the QO2200 or QO2200VH breaker. The reason for the 3-point latch trim is that the 200A branch breaker requires it so that the door remains shut in the event of a short circuit.
