Resolution:
The DTM you have used to connect to TeSys island is detecting an older version of firmware that it knows is incompatible. Check the release notes and ensure you are using the right DTM, updated your TeSys island firmware to the compatible version, then proceed.
Note in order to update firmware, you can save the DTM project (or open a new instance of SoMove) and connect to the device (do not store a config, load one) and do firmware update. Then go back to your configuration and store it.
