Need to know if 8538 and 8539 Combination Starters come with OSHPD Label

Resolution:

By default, OSHPD Label is not included on the Combination Starter Enclosure. They can be factory modified by adding the form "G31" under the Enclosure options.

There is no field installable option for this one, only factory installed option.
