EEH Firmware compatibility from Zigbee devices

Issue
What is the firmware requirement for Zigbee devices connected to EcoStruxure Energy Hub through the PaS?

Reasons for the issue to occur
When connecting a PaS to Energy Hub devices are not showing data. This is due to Zigbee device firmware incompatibility.

Solution
Make sure Zigbee devices have firmware version of v4.0.424 or higher.
