Question: What is the correct RBC for the SMT 2.2kVA and 3kVA rack-mount UPS models?
Product Line: SMT2200RMI2UC, SMT2200RM2UC, SMT3000RMI2UC, SMT3000RM2UC
Environment: UPS units with ID 1027
Cause: SMT 2.2kVA and 3kVA rack-mount UPS models with ID1046 may display the incorrect RBC model number on the UPS LCD Display, or the SmartConnect user interface. This will be addressed in an upcoming UPS firmware update.
Resolution: The correct RBC model numbers are shown below and on the UPS product pages on www.apc.com.
