Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kVA output cannot be turned on using the NMC Web Interface shortly after a UPS firmware upgrade is performed

Issue: The UPS output cannot be turned on using the NMC Web Interface shortly after a UPS firmware upgrade is performed.

Product Line: SRTL5KRM2UI, SRTL5KRM2UT, SRTL8KRM4UI, SRTL8KRM4UT, SRTL10KRM4UI, SRTL10KRM4UT

Cause: After the UPS firmware upgrade is completed, the UPS requires approximately 3.5 minutes to boot and to connect the relevant internal components. This is expected behavior.

Resolution:

After the UPS firmware upgrade is completed successfully, wait at least 3.5 minutes before commanding the UPS to turn on using the NMC Web Interface.

Note: After the UPS firmware upgrade is completed, the UPS LCD will be booting for 2.5 minutes.
