Smart UPS Modular Ultra A7A1 Power Module Error

Resolution:

If you see an “A7A1” error on a Power Module, please do not replace the Power Module in question. This error code occurs when there is a PM with firmware 3.3 (or later) and it cannot get an appropriate response from the IM running with UPS firmware 10.8. To fix this issue, please upgrade the UPS to 13.2 (or later). Please follow the process below to upgrade the Firmware.

If the issue persists after upgrading the firmware, please get the Power Module replaced.
