How can I keep the fault relay closed when ATV320 drive is not powered?

Issue:
The Fault relay, R1 changes states when VFD has no Mains voltage applied.

Cause:
The control System indicates the drive is faulted when it has no line power.

Resolution:
Apply external 24Vdc to P24 and COM. When the VFD is powered off, the control voltage will keep the Fault relay (R1) energized.
