Issue: The Battery Modules included with Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kW models are not pre-installed in the UPS chassis. Instead, they are packed separately within the package of the UPS.

Resolution: After opening the packaging of the UPS, identify the package on top of the UPS. This package contains the SRYLBM battery module that must be installed in the UPS chassis.
