What is the replacement for VS-2213-841-9-3 assembly?

Resolution:

VS-2213-841-9-03 is obsolete and replaced by field-assembled equivalents: MS4D-6083-100 & VB-2213-500-9-03.

However, the MS4D-6083-100 is already obsolete, and the suggested replacement is the MS41-6083 actuator. But this is only a 0-10Vdc whereas the older actuator was a 2-10Vdc or 4-20mA control. While a direct replacement for VB-2213-500-9-03 is VB-2253-500-9-03.
