Incorrect Battery Capacity Displaying for SRVL48RMBP2U

This document explains how to resolve the incorrect battery capacity being reported by the SRVL48RMBP2U.

Cause:

The incorrect battery capacity displays on the Easy-UPS Li-ion when connected to SRVL48RMBP2U.

Resolution:
Upgrade the UPS firmware version to V02.2 or later. Firmware file and upgrade procedure are attached to this FAQ.
