Mismatch between actual RBC Serial Number and RBC Serial Number reported through NMC

Problem: In some cases, there may be a mismatch between the actual RBC Serial Number and the RBC Serial Number reported through the NMC:

Product Line: Smart-UPS SRT 1-3kVA with Serial Number date codes earlier than AS2415

Cause: The RBC Serial Number is programmed into the UPS during manufacturing for UPS units manufactured before week 15 of 2024. If the RBC is replaced, this can lead to a situation where the actual RBC Serial Number and the RBC Serial Number reported through the NMC are different. This value is not user configurable.

Resolution: The RBC Serial Number is no longer programmed into UPS units manufactured after week 15 of 2024.
