Why can't I install Control Expert Diff v15.2?

The Control Expert Dif 15.2 and the HF1 can't be installed if you have already installed License Manager 2.10 or greater. This issue will be fixed in the next version.

In the meantime for the new release,  the workaround is:

  • Uninstall License Manager
  • Install Control Expert Dif 15.2 and the HF1
  • Then you can upgrade the License Manager from 2.9 to 2.10, you will find the installation files on Schneider Electric Software Update.
