What is the torque spec for a QO/QOB breaker with 5238 suffix?

Resolution:
The 5238 suffix indicates that the breaker comes with ring terminal, it won't have the clamp plate and it has a 10-32 screw that is why it must be torqued at 20 lb-in only. This torque value is found on the side of the QO/QOB breaker.
