What is needed to connect to ethernet for Powerpact breakers?

Product Line:

Powerpact breakers

Resolution:

Only H, J, and L frame breakers with an ammeter or energy trip unit or P and R frame breakers with an ammeter, power, or harmonic trip unit can connect to ethernet communications. For ethernet connection, they would need to use IFE interface part number LV434001.

For Powerpact H, J, and L frame breakers, they would also need an NSX cord (S434201 for 1.3 m length, S434202 for 3 m length).

For Powerpact P and R frame breakers, they would also need a BCM (S64205 except for motor operated [S64207] or drawout [S64206] P frames; BCM comes standard on breakers ordered with P or H trip units) and the appropriate lengrh breaker ULP cord (LV434195 for 0.35 m length, LV434196 for 1.3 m length, LV434197 for 3 m length, or LV434198 for 5 m length).

In both cases, a ULP line terminator (TRV00880 for set of 10) is needed for the unused port on the IFE.
