VMware host fail to enter maintenance mode due to powered on VM/s.

Issue:
If there are duplicate VMs with the same hostname, such as "localhost," this can sometimes result in VMs being incorrectly identified as system VMs and skipped for shutdown, which prevents hosts from entering maintenance mode.

VMware vCenter Server and ESXi hosts

Cause:
Duplicate VMs with the same hostname assigned.

Solution:
Ensure that all VMs are correctly configured with a unique hostname.
