Zelio Smart Relay Communication Cable SR2USB01 not detected on Computer and/or Programming Software

Cause:
Communication cable not being detected due miss-match of cable´s driver, update is required

Resolution:

Brand new communication cables that are label as SR2USB01 with an end H2.0 on the last section of the commercial reference may require a driver update to being properly detected on Device Manager and programming software Zelio Soft.
