Where is the physical connection or the location of the Coupling Capacitive Voltage Divider of the VPIS (Voltage Presence Indicating System) in the RM6 GIS switchgear?

Issue:

Customer wants to know the physical connection or the location of Coupling capacitive voltage divider with 30pF to 35pf in the RM6 GIS switchgear.

Please see below the image having marked capacitive voltage divider connection on the bushing in cable compartment. If VPIS is not in place in RM6 unit, then theses cables are connected to the earth.
