Zelio Programming: Can you transition an SR1 programming software to the SR2 cross on the Zelio Smart Relays?

Issue:

The program on a SR1 zelio soft 1 smart relay series can be transferred in the SR2/SR3 series of zelio soft 2?

Product Line:
Relays and Timers

Environment:
SR2 and SR3 Zelio Smart Relays

Resolution:

Yes, it is possible to convert the program from the SR1 to SR2. These are the steps:

Step 1 Download the program from the SR1 controller using Zelio Soft1 and save it. It will be saved as .zel format.

Step 2 In ZelioSoft2, select the Open existing program. From the dropdown in File type in open dialog box select *.zel format (Zelio Soft1 document) and select the file.

Step 3 Press open and it will automatically convert the application to Zelio Soft2 (.zm2).
