Zelio Is it possible to perform a Factory Reset on the product line of SR2/SR3 smart relays?

Environment:
Rail Mounted Programmable smart Relays

Cause:
Factory reset in the SR2/SR3 series of zelio soft 2

Resolution:

There is no direct Factory Reset process for the smart relays , we suggest to clear the current values and parameters that are currently loaded on relay ,you can overwrite the current program for either Ladder or Function Block language by loading a different program or creating a new program.

This process can also be done to "rest" any password locked smart relays. NOTE that this will completely clear the old relay program.
