XB5S Software Account Reset
Issue:
Reset the user and password for the XB5SSoft software.

Environment:
Harmony XB5S Biometric Switches
Resolution:
If the biometric switch was already factory reset and the software is still requesting a username and password.
In this case, it is necessary to uninstall all files concerned by XB5SSoft in your PC.
First, uninstall from Windows menu.
Waiting the end of uninstall and before you restart your computer check the files here:
If the folder HarmonyXB5SSoft still appears, please delete it.
If you can't view the folder ProgramData, it is certainly hidden. To view this folder please activate "Hidden items" option.
Restart your computer and reinstall the software normally.
