Why is the CJ250NR only rated for the “H” frame breaker from 110-150A?

Resolution:

The reason why that is rated for 3 pole 110-150 A H frames and 2 or 3 pole 150-250 A J frames is because of the factory-installed neutral. It's the SN400LA neutral, if you look at the table in the catalog it is only applicable to 110-150A H frames.
