Netshelter Soundproof lock not engaging correctly
Issue:
The lock is not engaging correctly on a Netshelter Soundproof enclosure (AR40xx)
Product:
Netshelter Soundproof Enclosures (AR40xx) with a date code older than 1N2430
Environment:
An issue has been identified with some lock-sets used on the Netshelter Soundproof Enclosures. The locking mechanism will fail to turn, and the doors will not be able to close securely.
Solution:
Please contact your local Schneider Electric technical support team for troubleshooting and replacement locks if necessary. The part number for the spare lock set is 0J-KS-SP01
