How to Replace the Obsolete Control Module 3110408250?

Issue:

The control module for NEMA size 6 contactors and starters occasionally require replacement

Resolution:

The reference 3110408250 was the control module for ALL early 8502/8536 Size 6, Series B contactors and starters. The control module is used to develop the two DC voltages used by coil to pick the armature up and to keep it sealed (closed). 31104-082-50 is obsolete.

Use kit part number 3112351450 as a direct replacement. Kit part number 31123-514-50 includes the current control module (3112301750) and installation instruction sheet 30072-010-04B. See attached.
