Smart UPS Modular Ultra has Battery Modular C231 Alarm

Issue:

A battery module has alarm C231 which indicates the battery has a low cell voltage.


Product Line:

Smart UPS Modular Ultra


Resolution:

Keep the battery installed for 24 hours to let it charge.  If the alarm does not clear after this time, there is another issue with the battery and it needs to be replaced.  Contact CCC Technical Support to do so.
