Trouble Scanning the QR Code (Error or Faulty QR Code)

If you're unable to scan the QR code or the code appears to be faulty, please follow these steps:

  1. Use Manual Entry:
    Tap on “Couldn’t find the QR code?” to proceed with the manual setup process.
  2. Check Firmware Version:
    Ensure your PAS device is running firmware version 2.0.0 or later. If your PAS firmware is below version 2.0.0, please refer to the EPCM FAQ titled “How to update to the latest firmware” for upgrade instructions.

New PAS Hardware Notice:
QR codes with the correct format for Wi-Fi Access Point scanning are available only on production units manufactured from September 2025 onwards
